FrozenYogurt Vs IceCream (posted by roselle)

Last Sunday, we happened to pass by the recently opened Golden Spoon (at the Shangri La Mall). We tried on different flavors on regular cups. There were so many flavors to choose from, and yummy toppings, too. Daniel just loved it.

He loves ice cream, gelato, and our personal-favorite the Nestle Fruit Yogurts that we would literally put on the freezer to froze. Well, they 're all frozen desserts but different from one another. Gelato is a variety of ice cream though, that's made denser by a different process. And often doesn't have eggs on the mixture.

As we were enjoying the flavors, husband and I were discussing on which is healthier; Ice cream or the Frozen Yogurt?

So when we got home I made my research.


Well, it'll all come down to this: " what is too much, is evil." Let's just be watchful of our diets, esp of our little ones.
